A somewhat mixed November 11 awaits France this Monday. Like last week, the country will be cut in two this Monday morning, with a large northern half covered in gray, with the exception of Auxerre and Bourges, while the south will benefit from radiant sunshine. The southwest, on the other hand, will be under clouds along the Atlantic coast, while inland, fog will reign all day.
Persistent clouds
Temperature-wise, the cold is setting in for the long term in the east and north, with only 5 degrees in Strasbourg, 9 in Metz and Lyon, 10 in Tours and a very Nice 14 degrees for Cherbourg. In the south, the thermometer will gradually rise as it approaches the Mediterranean. Count 12 in Bordeaux, 10 in Gap, 14 in Montpellier, 17 in Nice and even 18 in Ajaccio.
In the afternoon, the gray weather will gradually give way to some clearings, from Caen to Metz. A few drops of rain are nevertheless expected in Lille and Metz. In the center, clouds will persist, while once again, the south-east of the country will benefit from clear blue skies. In the southwest, a few clouds will join the party, but the weather will remain very sunny, with the exception of Tarbes where the sky will be gray.
Temperatures close to 20 degrees in the south
Temperature-wise, France will remain on the same dynamic as in the morning. In the northern half, only 8 degrees are expected in Alsace, 10 in Dijon, 13 in Paris and up to 15 degrees in Brest. And in the south, summer continues to drag on, with 15 degrees in Aurillac, Bordeaux and Toulouse, and 18 to 19 degrees along the Mediterranean coast.
Finally, the weather will clear everywhere in the evening, with the exception of the Alps where the clouds will persist before Tuesday marked by the return of rain.
