After having experienced the derby of Barcelona, Madrid, Milan and Genoa, Thiago Motta prepares his first Mole derby, reawakening an old, completely personal memory. Between 1997 and 1999, when he was still a boy, the coach played for the Juventus Club, a Brazilian team based in the Mooca neighborhood in the city of Sao Paulo, founded by Italians who were employees of the Rodolfo Crespi Cotonificio. The peculiarity concerns the choice of the club colors at the time of the foundation, since – although wanting to pay homage to the owner of the company, Rodolfo Crespi, who was a Juventus player – it was chosen to associate the garnet color of Turin with the shirts, considering that there there were already many teams with black and white. Thiago Motta has therefore played in his career for Juve who have the grenade shirts. While in his first derby he will not have the former Bremer available. There are many ex-Juve and Toro doubles, even among the current managers: Pessotto and Moretti are now references for their clubs, but as footballers they have also experienced the other side of the city. Let’s see all the double exes.
