The dean of the world tour, 65 years old, will set off on Sunday at the helm of a new boat, but without a foil.

Jean Le Cam was not far from registering in the first category for his initiatory participation (2nd in 2005), before clearly switching to the second afterwards, without ever moving away from the podium (5th in 2013, 6th in 2017, 4th in 2021 with only one retirement in 2009). The real star of the pontoons in Les Sables d'Olonne, the one who fascinates the land as much as he entertains it, is him. Never short of witty words and common sense, the Breton will set off this Sunday for a sixth participation. Obviously, the ocean is its home.
