Brussels – Paulo Dybala’s Roma arrives in the Belgian capital for the Europa League match against Union Saint Gilloise, holders of the Belgian cup, and the yellow-red team receives a welcome and home honors from their fansthose stationed in the city for twenty years. The Roma Club Bruxelles decides to meet the players and staff on the eve of the match, being present in the hotel chosen by Roma with a delegation full of passion. A nice way to encourage the team with the name and colors of the Eternal City, which they decided to thank with the usual photos.
Il Roma Club Brusselsactive since 2024 and in the news for having joined the European Commission and having presented the official scarf to Frans Timmermans, at the time executive vice-president and with a declared passion for Roma, he is not new to initiatives of this type. Already in 2020, a delegation from the supporters’ club had made a point of welcoming Roma to Belgium on the eve of the match scheduled against Gent, also on that occasion for the Europa League.
This time, however, the welcoming committee was much more heartfelt and almost felt as if it were obligatory. Because, they explain from the Roma Club Bruxelles, “on November 7th we play here, in Brussels. We will do it away but it will also be a bit at home.” The club’s board of directors, made up of the president, the two vice-presidents, the general secretary, the treasurer and the four councilors, offered the usual greetings and best wishes.
