Kevin Levy, actor, singer and comedian, returns to the stage with a show with the provocative title: “Cocu”. Through this performance, Kevin Levy looks at a delicate and often avoided subject, that of infidelity. “Yes, and it’s true. I’ve been cuckolded, I’ve been cuckolded and I felt obliged to make a spectacle of it”he confides. Inspired by a survey revealing that one in two people in has already been deceived, the artist chose to explore this theme to laugh about it and invite others to do the same.

“At first, I didn’t laugh”admits Levy, who first considered mentioning his experience on the poster in a humorous way. But the idea took shape, and the show became a reflection on freedom and resilience. “It was after covid, and I felt that people wanted to laugh at everything”he explains.

The show stands out for its spontaneity: “Every night, it’s a different show”assures the comedian. The interaction with the audience makes it a unique performance, where each performance is punctuated with real testimonies and improvisations. “I met some cuckolds, they told me their story. It’s all true and it’s improv”.

A multi-talented artist

Trained at the International Academy of Musical Comedy in , Kevin Levy does not limit himself to humor. On stage, he sings, dances and plays the piano and guitar. “I wanted to put on a rich show and constantly surprise people”. This versatility finds its origin in rigorous training: “Despite the improv, it’s very written and I leave nothing to chance”he emphasizes.

Levy’s goal goes beyond entertainment. “The goal is to transmit an emotion, whether through laughter, music, mime, or even poetry”. A desire to share strong moments, sometimes touching on the intimate, by mixing humor and sensitivity. “It’s an experience of life and freedom”he concludes.
