This evening, from 8:30 p.m., RTL tvi viewers will be able to discover the event series “Cat’s Eyes”, a modern reinvention of the adventures of the Chamade sisters. The trio of burglars, led by Camille Lou, embark on a breathtaking quest in the heart of Paris, between family reunions, romance and family secrets.
A new series is coming to RTL play: “Cat’s Eyes”. Featuring Camille Lou, Constance Labbé and Claire Romain, the story invites us to discover three sisters who meet again after years of separation for a most perilous mission: to steal a Japanese work that belonged to their father, who disappeared under circumstances tragic.
For the needs of the series, the actresses underwent intensive preparation, including extreme sports. Camille Lou, who plays Tamara, explains on this subject: “The filming was grueling, but this preparation allowed me to keep up the pace, especially for the night scenes in emblematic locations like the Eiffel Tower or Versailles.“.
An impression shared by Claire Romain: “Alexia (the character she plays, Editor’s note) dreams of becoming an athlete and proves to her sisters that she has her place in this mission. His mischievous and rebellious character amused me a lot, and I loved playing this energetic role. (…) Climbing the facade of the Louvre in the middle of the night, turning through the deserted corridors of the Hall of Mirrors… it was an extraordinary experience“, she says.
For her part, Constance Labbé evokes the moving side of her role as Sylia, the older sister. “She had to sacrifice her dreams to take care of her family. He is a very strong and altruistic character, but who discovers himself little by little thanks to his sisters.“, she explains.
Accustomed to action scenes, Constance also underwent special aikido preparation for her character. “Sylia is the pillar of the trio, and her logic tempers her sisters’ impulsiveness“, she adds.
Mythical places and a passionate director
With its director, Alexandre Laurent, “Cat’s Eyes” stands out with its careful aesthetic and its emblematic settings. The director, known for his taste for cinematographic productions, has done everything possible to offer exceptional visual quality: “Alexandre is passionate, he knows perfectly how to take us where he wants“, confides Camille Lou.
With its scenes filmed in several emblematic locations in Paris, “Cat’s Eyes” promises a real visual spectacle.
