The spirit of the Green March is a constantly renewed spirit based on giving, giving, and belief in a stronger Morocco economically, socially, and politically, so that we can stand in the face of all conspiracies and intrigues that aim to harm the stability, unity, and principles of our country. This is what the King of the country called for in his lofty speech on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the Green March when he called for To “inspire the spirit of the victorious green march, and spread the spirit of mobilization to overcome all challenges and continue the development and social process to defend Morocco’s just interests and enhance Morocco’s position in its international and regional climate.”
This spirit is what embodies the renewed dynamism that is known in the Moroccan Sahara file, as this constituted a shock among the enemies of the territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Morocco, so that the international community renewed its full support for the Moroccan Sahara and the autonomy plan as a realistic and final solution to this conflict, and the UN Security Council also renewed its supportive position. Due to the merit of the Moroccan position, His Highness approved the autonomy initiative presented by the Kingdom of Morocco on April 11, 2007.
Morocco is committed to logic and wisdom and is sincerely committed to cooperating with the Secretary-General of the United Nations within the framework of respect for UN Security Council resolutions. It will not be affected by the futile provocations and desperate maneuvers carried out by other parties, which constitute a departure from international legitimacy, as they place themselves in confrontation with the United Nations and international law. .

The United Nations Security Council has voted in favor of renewing the mandate of the United Nations Mission to the Moroccan Sahara for another year. The UN Security Council, in the framework of Resolution 7562, has urged its support for the efforts of the Special Envoy in the political process while ensuring a lasting political solution acceptable to all parties, expressing His support for the political solution, stressing that the autonomy initiative represents a realistic, practical and serious solution in the context of agreements compatible with the principles and purposes of the United Nations, and this in itself is a victory for Moroccan diplomacy.
Moroccan diplomacy, led by His Majesty the King, demonstrated skill and insight through a management policy with a forward-looking vision that carries a great deal of political realism, foresight and wisdom.
