Laurentiu Reghecampf (49 years old) is the new coach of Esperance De Tunis. The Romanian technician will be on his first adventure on the African continent.
Laurentiu Reghecampf, free contract coach, signed a contract valid until 2026 with the Tunisian team.

Laurentiu Reghecampf is the new coach at Esperance De Tunis
The announcement was made by the Tunisian team via their Instagram account.
“Club Esperance De Tunis has finalized the final details of the contract of Mr. Laurentiu Reghecampf, the new head coach of our team. The contract is valid until 2026. The composition of the technical staff is to be announced”, was the message of the club.
In his career, Reghecampf coached at FC Snagov, Gloria Bistrița, FCU Craiova, Concordia Chiajna, FCSB, Al Hilal, Litex Lovech, Al Wahda, Al Wasl, Al Ahli, University of Craiova, Neftci Baku and Al Tai.
He felt the best at FCSB, in the periods May 2012 – May 2014 and December 2015 – May 2017. In this interval, with him on the technical bench, FCSB won two Romanian championship titles.
Laurentiu Reghecampf was out of contract since April of this year, after parting with Al-Tai, which he prepared between September 2023 and April 2024.

Reghecampf is the replacement of Portuguese Miguel Cardoso, who was sacked 2 weeks ago.
Esperance De Tunis have won the championship in Tunisia 33 times, the last time just last season.
