The lawyer for Nekfeu’s ex-partner announced that her client accuses the rapper of sexual violence and rape “perpetrated on several occasions”. Several complaints have already been dismissed, while the couple is opposed in stormy divorce proceedings.
The rapper Nekfeuwhose real name is Ken Samaras, is accused by his wife of “domestic violence and rape”, announced in a press release published on X this Sunday, November 3 Me Florence Fekom, lawyer for the wife of the 34-year-old French artist .
“My client reported to the police services acts of psychological, sexual and physical violence committed during their relationship, that is to say for almost four years,” writes the lawyer, who affirms that “acts of rape” were also reported. .
The artist reacted with a press release denouncing a “humiliating” situation.
“Years lived in silence and fear”
Me Florence Fekom explained that “after years lived in silence and fear, she no longer has any other choice but to share this matter publicly, given the differential judicial treatment from which she has suffered for several months.” Nekfeu’s ex-wife, who is said to be going through “a real hell”, has been waiting “for several months” for a summons to appear before a police station to be heard on the reported acts of domestic violence.
According to the lawyer, contacted by BFMTV.com, the young woman, mother of the rapper’s child, denounced to the police in 2023 “precisely” the facts of which she accuses her husband, with whom she initiated a divorce proceedings. At the end of her testimony, she did not wish to file a complaint.
A stormy divorce procedure
His lawyer claims that last June the police at a Paris police station refused to take his complaint. The young woman then sent a letter to the Paris public prosecutor so that she could be heard by another service and officially file a complaint. When requested, the Paris public prosecutor’s office affirmed that the young woman did not show up for the meeting proposed by the designated investigation service.
According to our information, on December 21, 2022, she filed a complaint against the rapper for rape, some of which occurred, according to the complainant, in Barcelona. The procedure was dismissed due to lack of documented evidence.
As part of this procedure, Nekfeu had denied the facts, bringing, according to the Paris prosecutor’s office, conversations and exchanges to support his remarks. His ex-wife did not show up for the eight meetings offered by the police officers handling his complaint.
Other complaints filed by the young woman, and targeting Nekfeu, were dismissed: one for violence on January 22, 2024, accusing Nekfeu of “head to head”, and another for harassment on May 16 of the same year.
The ex-wife tried in 2025
These accusations are part of a stormy divorce procedure, with custody of the couple’s child at the heart of the conflict. “Since the divorce proceedings that I initiated 3 years ago and which she never accepted, she tried to use our child to reach me,” reacted the rapper in a press release published on X by his lawyer, denouncing the statement of the lawyer of his ex-wife described as “entirely false and defamatory”.
The divorce was pronounced on March 28, 2024, the child’s residence was fixed at Nekfeu. His ex-wife has visitation and accommodation rights. It is in this context that Nekfeu in turn filed a complaint against his ex-wife for non-representation of the child, the young woman having not handed over, on several occasions, their child to his father, while he had custody of her, between July 2022 and May 2024. She will be judged for these facts in January 2025.
Nekfeu denounces the “financial blackmail” carried out by his ex-wife and of which he was allegedly the victim, “threatening to go to the media” while the rapper has discreetly withdrawn from media life for five years. “Unable to achieve her goals through legal means, she is now trying in desperation to sully my honor in public. It is for that of my son that I feel obliged to justify myself in my turn,” writes the artist.
The X account of Me Florence Fekom, who published the press release shortly after 10 p.m. this Sunday, November 3, was suspended by the platform a few dozen minutes later. The text, named “Nekfeu Affair” went viral on social networks, relayed by thousands of people.
