According to the Paris prosecutor's office, this woman had already filed several complaints against him in the past but they were all closed “on the grounds that the offense was not sufficiently serious.”
The ex-partner of rapper Nekfeu, whose real name is Ken Samaras, “reported to the police services acts of psychological, sexual and physical violence committed during their relationship, i.e. for almost 4 years”his lawyer, Me Florence Fekom, said Monday evening in a press release broadcast on the social network X. “After years of living in silence and fear, she no longer has any other choice but to share this matter publicly, given the differential judicial treatment from which she has suffered for several months”continues this press release.
Contacted by BFMTV Florence Fekom specifies that her client, with whom the rapper has a child, reported to the police in 2023 acts of domestic violence and rape of which she accused her partner. She did not wish to file a complaint following her testimony. Still according to her lawyer, the police officers at a Parisian police station refused to take her complaint in June 2024. The young woman then sent a letter to the Paris public prosecutor in order to be able to be heard by another service and to officially file a complaint. .
Several complaints already filed
Contacted, the Paris prosecutor's office indicates to Figaro that Nekfeu's ex-partner has already filed various complaints against him. “A complaint for spousal rape, notably once in Barcelona, filed on December 21, 2022, was closed on September 14, 2023, on the grounds that the offense was not sufficiently characterized”specifies the public prosecutor. “After going to the police station for the first time, the applicant did not show up for any of the eight appointments offered to her by the judicial police service designated to investigate. The accused contested the facts denounced and provided discussions and testimonies to this effect.details the parquet floor.
A denunciation of “violence against ex-spouse” in the presence of a minor was also closed on January 22, 2024, on the grounds that the offense was not sufficiently serious. The complainant “denounced a “head to head” and the fact that his ex-partner had quickly grabbed the stroller one day when he came to pick up the child”according to the prosecution.
Finally, a complaint for “harassment of ex-spouse”was also closed on May 16, 2024, again on the grounds that the offense was not sufficiently serious. The complainant “denounced too frequent contacts from her ex-partner or his lawyers in the context of the divorce proceedings, pronounced in March 2024, while her ex-partner regularly reported to the police services going to the home in vain of her ex-partner on the days when she was supposed to give him the child, without being able to see him”indicates the Paris prosecutor's office.
A fourth complaint for “forgery and use of forgery” was filed on May 17, 2024, denouncing the comments made in the certificates submitted in previous proceedings.
Nekfeu, for his part, also filed a complaint on several occasions against his ex-partner for “non-representation of a child”. “Two of these complaints were closed on the grounds that prosecutions appeared disproportionate in view of the situation”details the parquet floor. His ex-partner will be judged on January 29, 2025 by the Paris criminal court for “non-representation of a child”.
