French rappers in the sights of justice
As the years go by, the cases which have affected French rappers including acts of domestic violence or rape have multiplied. Moha La Squale, Lomepal, RK, Naps, Retro We could believe that fate is against the French game, or our rappers have a real problem with their relationship with women. This week, it’s another of our rappers who finds himself accused of domestic violence and rape, and not just any rapper: Nekfeu, one of the biggest sellers in history.
Accusations that send shivers down your spine
A press release has indeed made the rounds on social networks and the media between the night of Sunday, November 3 to that of Monday, November 4. A press release published by Master Florence Fékomwhich declares itself to be the lawyer of “the wife of Mr. Samaras, rapper known as Nekfeu”which she left, as the press release specifies. The press release mentions acts of rape, but also psychological and physical violencewhich would have taken place during the 4 years during which they were in a relationship.
Still according to the lawyer’s press release, we have the impression that the complainant is bringing these facts to the attention of the public and the justice system. because of the separation which would go extremely badly from a legal point of view, but also because of his Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, and several years lived in fear and silence.
We have relatively little information on the details of the complaint, or on the identity of the complainant and her motivations. What we do know, however, is that the presumption of innocence exists and that while waiting for a judge to really rule on this matter, Nekfeu is innocent until proven guilty. But the victims who invent such stories are unfortunately quite rare…
