What was the last thing Tom Holland Googled? Well… his girlfriend Zendaya actually.

The Spider-Man actor, who has been dating the Euphoria star since 2021, recently revealed on Samah Dada’s On The Menu podcast that he will sometimes Google Zendaya to “check” on her.

“The last thing I Googled was actually Zendaya,” Holland admitted while promoting his new non-alcoholic drink brand Bero. “I’m not on [social media]and I delete it when I’m not using it.”

The Crowded Room continued, “So, sometimes, like, it’s more of a bit of an anxiety thing, but I’ll check to see if everything’s good and to make sure we’re all cool. So I just give her a little Google and look [through] the news, and I’m like, ‘She’s good. We’re fine.’”

The couple met while filming 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecomingwhich sees Holland playing the titular superhero and Zendaya playing his love interest, MJ. They each reprised their characters for 2019’s Spider-Man: Far from Home and 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Homeand are set to return for Spider-Man 4 that’s currently in development.

Over the years, the pair have continued to keep their relationship private. Holland told The Hollywood Reporter last year, “Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of and we want to keep as sacred as possible. We don’t think that we owe it to anyone, it’s our thing, and it has nothing to do with our careers”

And it’s a sentiment that the Challengers actress feels the same way about, also telling Elle magazine last year about her relationship with Holland, “Parts of my life, I accept, are going to be public. I can’t not be a person and live my life and love the person I love. But also, I do have control over what I choose to share. It’s about protecting the peace and letting things be your own, but also not being afraid to exist. You can’t hide. That’s not fun, either. I am navigating it more than ever now.”
