In the words of Mariah Carey, “it’s time!”

“All I Want for Christmas is You” is arguably the ultimate holiday anthem, marking the official start of the festive season. Even Google joined the celebration, adding a whimsical touch to the user experience whenever the words “Mariah Carey” are typed into the search bar.

Whether you type “Mariah Carey” in Google Search on your desktop or mobile device, you’ll spot animated snowflakes cascading down the screen in honor of the iconic songstress. (If you don’t see the animation, scroll down and search for a teal button with a snowflake icon on it.)

This isn’t the first time Google has added the animation. Last year, the search engine delighted fans with the same festive touch.

Now that it’s Nov. 1, and Christmas is just under two months away, Carey has put Halloween behind her (she dressed up as Morticia Addams by the way) and welcomed the holiday season with a new Santa-inspired video.

Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” is debatably the queen of holiday tunes. Launched 30 years ago, the upbeat holiday song is still a timeless classic. Billboard reports that each year, Carey earns around $1.55 million from the song’s plays and sales, along with an additional $830,000 in royalties from its use — all before fees are taken out.

According to an estimate from The Economistas of 2017, the song generated $60 million through royalties since its 1994 release.
