The access road to the village (the RD19) had to be cut, during the night and until early morning, at two levels: at the East and West entrances.
However, from 10 a.m., all roads were reopened to traffic according to municipal police.
On this morning when the rains were beginning to lessen in intensity, the observation is rather reassuring: “no resident experiencing major problems, no affected local residents to our knowledge“, we said from the town hall.
“Nothing serious”
On the damage side, “nothing serious, only small landslides to the right and leftcommented the municipality. A few small mudslides, a fallen tree in a garden, and some other minimal damage.”
Mid-morning, this Friday, it was time to think about the little wounds. “We are waiting for the sweeper to clean several sections of the road. In short, these are simply the usual scenes of heavy rain as the village sometimes experiences”we concluded at the town hall.
