At the auto show which opened on October 14, 2024 in Paris, visitors will be able to discover the Integral E two-seater electric plane from Aura Aero on the Renault stand, alongside the new electric Renault 4.

Clearly, Renault continues to declare its love for aviation. A year ago, at the Paris Air Show, the car manufacturer previewed its high-end Rafale model. Since then, he has enhanced his SUV coupe in a video featuring a Caudron C-460 Rafale plane. Renault is doing it again, this week at the Paris Motor Show (October 14-20, 2024) in Paris. Once again, he establishes a parallel between two universes which are characterized by their capacity to innovate.

If the Caudron C-460 Rafale harks back to heroic times, that is to say to the time when automobiles and aeronautics moved into the industrial era, by combining its electric Renault 4 with the two-seater plane electric Integral E from Aura Aero, Renault is staging the energy transition. It has, in fact, chosen to call on four French start-ups pioneers in low-carbon mobility, each bringing its expertise in mobility.

Beyond the electric school two-seater, it is obviously the 19-seat ERA electric commuter that is taking shape. “ It foreshadows the emergence of a new regional air mobility, which will allow, by the end of the decade, the reopening of “low carbon” lines directly linking cities smaller than large regional or national cities, and little or not served to date by plane or train. », underlines Aura Aero.

Jérémy Caussade, President and co-founder of Aura Aero, is delighted with this collaboration: “ We are very honored to have been chosen by Renault to appear on their stand at the Paris Motor Show for the launch of the new electric R4. This presentation foreshadows a fruitful collaboration to come, and we are delighted to share our vision of future mobility with one of the world’s automotive leaders. Renault’s know-how is a tremendous asset for us, and we look forward to developing this collaboration.»
