Shelton main seed, towards Mpetshi Perricard-Monfils in the second round

While the women's edition is about to end, it's time for the ATP 250 tournament in Auckland which will start in New Zealand.

Seeded number 1, Ben Shelton will enter the fray in the second round against Jakub Mensik or Alexandre Muller. The Frenchman will play the final against Kei Nishikori in Hong Kong and should therefore continue.

Seeded number 2, Alejandro Tabilo will face Fabian Marozsan or a qualifier for his first match. Also note the presence of Sebastian Baez, Flavio Cobolli, Cameron Norrie, Alex Michelsen and Francisco Cerundolo.

In the French camp, Lucas Pouille, invited by the organizers, will start with a delicate first round against Roberto Carballes Baena.

Gaël Monfils will face another Spanish player, in the person of Pedro Martinez. Finally, Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard will intensify his preparation for the Australian Open and challenge Bu Yunchaokete. If successful, the two men will meet in the second round.

The only Frenchman in the second round of qualifying, Adrian Mannarino will play his place in the main draw against Sumit Nagal.
