Australian Open > Raducanu on his relationship with Murray: “I sent him a long message to apologize. He told me he was disappointed but that he understood. And now when we meet, we says 'hello' or 'bravo'”

During Andy Murray's last participation at Wimbledon, last July, Emma Raducanu stood up to the former world number 1 when they were to play together in mixed doubles. A very controversial decision, which she returned to at a press conference at the Australian Open where she will challenge Iga Swiatek in the third round.

“I sent him a long message apologizing if I had caused any problems. At Wimbledon, that was the last thing I wanted. He took it very well. He told me he was disappointed but that he understood. He's someone I looked up to growing up and I don't want a bad relationship with him. Everything is fine now, we pass each other and say 'hello' or 'bravo'. It's cool that he's with Djokovic now. »
