Marion Bartoli received the Legion of Honor and we want to say that it is well deserved.

This is also the case for Françoise Durr who won Roland‐Garros in 1967 and who was nominated in 2023.

For Marion, it is a form of “consecration” because she was ultimately often the victim of her “environment” who did not believe in her star…until we all understood that her rather original mode of operation was the only way to hope to get there.

After her final at Wimbledon in 2007, Marion hit the nail on the head in 2013 by completing an almost perfect tournament, thus entering the pantheon of French champions.

Today a consultant for the media, she uses her experience to analyze tennis news with, as usual, very strong positions.
