Sharge Loomos glasses: Release date and lowest price of upcoming artificial intelligence glasses revealed

loomos presented its upcoming first generation smart glasses as a cross between the Meta Ray-Bans and a Shargeek 140 power bank which, given that the brand is a new spin-off product from the Sharge company, is not so surprising.

Their starting price might be more surprising, and potentially pleasant for those used to seeing the Meta alternative start at prices like $290.90 (at the time of writing) on Amazon. Sharge announced that its new product would start at $199.99, with a caveat.

This price will apply to the first 2,000 units of loomos glasses ordered via Kickstarter, then increase to $209 for the next 4,000 units and $219 for the next 4,000. They may then be available at the recommended retail price of $299.

The glasses can also be sold with a new Sharge-branded power bank, designed in the form of a neckband to extend the battery of the loomos with a nominal capacity of 6,500 mAh.

The glasses are presented as “all-day” AI wearables even without their matching accessory – although Sharge also just revealed that their up to 4K recordings only last 5 minutes at most.
