VoltaGo Max: 5-in-1 power bank with 27,000 mAh, 223 watts of power and wireless charging

The VoltaGo Max, a new power bank and charging solution, is currently being funded as part of a crowdfunding campaign. Supporters can purchase the device for a minimum contribution of $120. Delivery is possible worldwide and is expected to take place in April. As always, potential buyers should inform themselves of the risks associated with crowdfunding campaigns.

The VoltaGo MAX is advertised as having both high capacity and high power, namely 27,000 mAh and 223 watts, respectively. The 223 watts denotes the maximum cumulative output power via the four ports and the Qi2 wireless charging pad; up to 140 watts can be delivered through a single USB-C1 port. This means the VoltaGo Max can charge five devices simultaneously, including most laptops.

Besides the 140-watt USB-C port, the other two USB-C ports support a maximum power of 45 and 20 watts, while the USB-A port can deliver up to 18 watts. Compatible devices can be charged wirelessly via Qi2 with a maximum power of 15 watts. The power bank itself, which measures 21 x 9.5 x 2.7 centimeters and weighs 625 grams, can be recharged with 100 watts in 2.5 hours. Finally, an LCD screen is installed, which shows the remaining capacity, input/output power, recharge time and temperature.
