RTX 5070 Ti Gets Tentative Release Date in New Leak From EU Retailer

This year’s Nvidia GeForce RTX 5000 series launch saw the GeForce RTX 5090, 5080, and 5070 Ti all announced at the same event, with the RTX 5090 being the first to hit the market (although retail availability of the January 30 has recently been questioned) recently been questioned). GeForce The RTX 5070 Ti, more affordable and mainstream, however, seems to arrive later than its high-end counterparts.

If a leak comes from a popular European hardware retailer, Proshop, which prematurely has a number of variants of the RTX 5070 Ti the 5070 Ti will launch on February 20. Three weeks after the GeForce RTX 5090 and 5080 should be available at retail locations, but at least a month before the launch of AMD’s RX 9070 and 9070 XT, now scheduled to launch in March.

During the launch of Nvidia’s RTX 5000 series of GPUs, the company remained deliberately vague on the exact release date, simply citing “January” as the start of retail availability. With the RTX 5070 Ti appearing to be the closest direct competition to AMD’s RX 9070 RTX 5070 Ti, it seems that AMD and Nvidia are playing the strategy card more than ever when it comes to prices, launch dates and cycles information.
