We almost forget it, but Grand Theft Auto VI is due out in 2025! However, after a first trailer released at the end of 2023, Rockstar's game is playing dead and players are impatiently awaiting the arrival of the second trailer. While we have been treated to many rumors in recent months, a theory that holds a little more water than the others has just emerged on the web.

On January 16, Rockstar posted a message on Twitter promoting the Vapid Dominator GT muscle car which is arriving free for GTA+ subscribers. The message was accompanied by an image showing the car next to a container with several figures.
Obviously, it didn't take much for the players to start looking for clues in this series of numbers which, when added together and excluding the number 2 placed at the bottom, gives the number 30.
For many, this means that trailer #2 will be released on January 30, 2025, and that this would also correspond to the reveal of the final release date of GTA 6. To give credence to this theory, players rely on the fact that Take-Two will reveal its quarterly results on February 6, and that January 30 falls on a Thursday, the day chosen by Rockstar to unveil the dates of its last two games during this same period.
Indeed, the release date of GTA V was revealed on Thursday January 31, 2013, while that of Red Dead Redemption 2 was revealed on Thursday February 1, 2018.
-While this would make sense in relation to Rockstar's schedule, it may also seem a little too easy, especially since the star-studded firm likes to play with the emotions of its community.
