Botola: RSB-AS FAR, DHJ-WAC… The program for the 19th day

The Botola Pro D1 “Inwi” football continues this Friday with the matches of the 19th day, the attraction of which will be the confrontation between the leader, the Renaissance Berkane and the AS FAR, while a thrilling duel at the bottom of the ranking will pit COD Meknes against Moghreb Tétouan.

The opening match of the 19th day will pit the team from the Ismaili capital, 14th with 18 points, and Moghreb Tétouan (15th, 10 pts) with the shared ambition of winning the three points of victory for get out of the turbulence zone.

COD Meknes is counting on a victory to compensate for the lack of results, after having won only one point after its last four matches, while Moghreb Tétouan, whose last victory dates back to November 23 against Ittihad Tangier is looking for three points to end the cycle of seven consecutive defeats.

The top match of this 19th day will undoubtedly be the clash between Renaissance Berkane, leader of the ranking with 39 points and AS FAR (4th, 30 pts), after both teams showed their strong desire to win the title.

The Oranges, who play at home on January 30 due to their commitment to the African scene, just like the Military, will have the opportunity to widen the gap in the lead against AS FAR who aim to reduce the gap and thus igniting the competition for the coronation.

FUS Rabat (6th, 29 pts), pumped up after its four consecutive victories, will travel to Ittihad Tanger (12th, 19 pts) in order to confirm its good form and get closer to the top of the ranking, then that the team from the city of Detroit aims to redeem itself to move away from the danger zone.

Chabab Mohammedia, bottom with 3 points, will host this season’s surprise, Renaissance Zemamra (2nd, 34 pts). The RCAZ will, of course, be favored by the forecasts, but the Chabab, which is still looking for its very first victory in Botola this season, will have to show a burst of pride if it does not want to leave the first division prematurely.

In another equally important match, Union Touarga (13th, 19 pts), which hopes to put an end to its negative record with a last victory which dates back to the 12th day against Ittihad Tanger (3-1), will receive JS Soualem (10th, 21 pts), with the ambition of relaunching in the championship.
