Dr House Immo is launching a digital awareness campaign to highlight the daily work of real estate professionals. At the heart of the device, a film. This film pays homage to the magnificent masterpiece of Jean Pierre Jeunet. The fabulous destiny of Amélie Poulain inspired the production.

Who remembers the delicious Audrey Tautou in 2001? The film caused a sensation in and around the world. With “The Fabulous Destiny of Amélie Poulain”, we found the Parisian district of Montmartre and its very particular universe. Chance or coincidence: the first agencies of the Dr House Immo network opened at the foot of the hill.

Real estate advisors work daily for their clients like the mischievous Amélie for her neighbors. She tries to smile back at them. Director Léo Wolfenstein has set up a parallel in the form of a tribute. Its actress, Helena Rosenstein, is reminiscent of Jean Pierre Jeunet’s heroine in her attitudes.

For the production team and Goddamn films, we had to play the game to the fullest. With the support of the town of Villennes sur Seine, which made a few streets available during filming at the beginning of November, a certain atmosphere was recreated. The images, music and voice-over recall the world of Amélie. And it’s not free. During filming, the project name of the film was “Le Coup de Pouce”, as it illustrates the different peripheral worlds in which a real estate advisor must know how to navigate to support his clients. The final result is a film that we watch with a natural smile appearing on our face. Between the memory of the original film and Isabelle’s smile, it’s a feel good moment which aims to lift the veil on the daily life of a real estate advisor.

For the network of agents and agencies Dr House Immo this is an important message. Advisors are dedicated to serving their clients. They are specialists in their sectors. Professional sector, but also geographical sector. We must emphasize this involvement which does not always pay off. At the end of a year 2024 full of promise and before entering a new year, with new challenges to face, it was important to deliver a positive and cheerful message. It’s done with this film to discover and share without moderation.
