this Lenovo 27″ gaming monitor (165 Hz) costs less than €160

The Lenovo Legion R27i-30 gaming PC screen ticks a large number of boxes for demanding gamers: high refresh rate, large diagonal, ergonomic screen… But what we appreciate even more at the moment is its price, which goes from 239 euros to 159 euros at E.Leclerc.

Lenovo is a prolific brand in the PC monitor market designed for gaming. In its catalog, we find references adapted to each budget, and even the least expensive offer complete technical sheets. This is precisely the case of the Legion R27i-30 model, whose panel benefits in particular from a high refresh rate and a reduced response rate; a monitor whose price currently does not exceed 160 euros.

The strong points of the Lenovo Legion R27i-30

  • An ergonomic screen
  • A 27-inch Full HD IPS panel
  • 165 Hz + 0,5 ms

Previously offered at 239 euros, the Lenovo Legion R27i-30 gaming PC screen is currently priced at 159 euros at E.Leclerc.

A comfortable screen for long sessions

The Lenovo Legion R27i-30 gaming PC screen is first of all a model with an assertive design, like a large number of typical references gamingwith its massive Y-shaped base. But what we validate the most in its look is obviously its ergonomic aspect, since it is possible to modulate its inclination, its height and its rotation. It can also rotate 90°, if you want to play in portrait mode or read a chat on Twitch, for example. In short, we are entitled to a particularly comfortable monitor which will be able to adapt to each player, who will thus be able to play for long hours without feeling any discomfort.

Regarding its screen itself, it incorporates a Full HD IPS panel (1920 x 1080 pixels), which offers wide viewing angles, but also a very wide color palette: it covers 99%. of the RGB spectrum and 90% of the DCI-P3. Suffice it to say that each image broadcast will be rich in detail and very sharp. And to make matters worse, the panel has DisplayHDR 400 certification, which promises excellent brightness and improved blacks.

Fluidity everywhere, all the time

The Lenovo Legion R27i-30 also benefits from a refresh rate of 165 Hz, allowing you to enjoy excellent fluidity during gaming actions, without any motion blur or stutter; a very good point for FPS enthusiasts who demand good responsiveness. Also note that it is possible to reach 180 Hz in overclocking mode, but this technique could damage your machine if it is not well mastered.

Add to this a response rate of 0.5 ms, which significantly reduces the ghostingdelays or slowdowns during your combos to guarantee images that are always sharp and smooth. AMD FreeSync Premium technology is also there to combat screen tearing, stuttering and other blurring. Finally, on the connectivity side, we can count on two HDMI 2.1 ports, practical for playing with a next-gen console, as well as a DisplayPort 1.4 and a 3.5 mm audio output for connecting headphones or earphones, even if the screen has two 3 W speakers.
