Perhaps the most notable elements are the two twin sub-dials: opaline in their center and beveled around their perimeter. At 3 o’clock, Omega has integrated a 60-minute and 12-hour counter with a matte orange triangular hand and transferred white numerals. This sub-dial is designed to recall the “burn rate” indicator of aircraft cockpits.
Likewise, at 9 o’clock, the watch reveals a Small Seconds display, with a target/viewfinder aesthetic inspired by cockpits. This display incorporates a matte yellow varnished needle and an artificial horizon in blue.
Precision is ensured thanks to the Co-Axial Master Chronometer 9900 caliber, METAS certified, according to the highest standards of precision, performance and magnetic resistance. The movement is housed behind a metal case back, stamped with the traditional Speedmaster “Seahorse” medallion and engraved with the water resistance “100 m / 330 feet”.
The watch can be worn with a steel bracelet featuring Omega’s patented comfort fit system, or alternatively on the included additional gray Nato bracelet, accompanied by a travel pouch. This bracelet is reinforced with Kevlar threads and a brushed steel buckle.
