Retailers List Upcoming AMD Krackan Point and Intel Arrow Lake-H Powered Laptops

Both AMD and Intel are widely expected to unveil new mobile chips at CES 2025. The blue team is expected to unveil the Arrow Lake-H/X series, while the red team is expected to counter with its Strix Halo products. Retailers and suppliers have already started posting listings for laptops with these new processors, some of which have already appeared online.

First up, we have a 16-inch Asus laptop equipped with what is believed to be AMD’s upcoming 8-core Krackan Point APU, likely under the name Ryzen AI 350. We recently covered a leak Geekbench 6 of an Acer laptop equipped with what appears to be the same APU, and the scores look impressive although the product is likely an engineering sample, taking on the Ryzen 7 8845HS and beating the Core Ultra 7 258V ‘Lunar Lake’ processor.

Next, we have laptops with Intel’s upcoming Intel Core Ultra 200H and Core 200H processor. At the high end, we have a 14-inch Asus Zenbook laptop with the Core Ultra 285H chip, which should replace the Core Ultra 9 185H. A 16-inch Asus Vivobook equipped with the Core Ultra 5 225H chip has also been listed by Eyo, along with a non-Ultra Core 7 240H variant that will be based on Rocket Lake and feature significantly slower integrated graphics. Luckily for us, with CES 2025 just around the corner, we won’t have to wait long to find out what the chip titans have in store for us.
