We can say that the launch of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 was catastrophic. As the game was only playable when connected to the Internet, and if possible with a good connection, the servers were stormed and the game was simply unplayable for many hours. Fortunately, all that is now in the past and the first patch of the game has arrived.

The developers also clarify that if you are playing on PC, outdated packages located in the game's Community folder may have an unexpected impact on the game's performance and behavior.
