We generally know a lot more than the authors of articles on most of these sites who are professionals in mechanics, IT, medicine, vacuum cleaners and… + businesses, advertising and bullshit (especially the last 3)
I don't claim to have infused science and know everything about everything but it's been a few years now that if I want to get an explanation on even the subject of an article treated with I don't care about its author(s) that I will seek out the missing information (the most important) on Wikipedia or even YouTube
And to think that I have reached a point where I have infinitely more confidence in one (well, some not all) “influencers/youtubers” than in the specialized press
It’s that the bulk of the specialized press has really had its day and should consider hanging up and moving on to something else altogether to put some butter in my spinach.
