The Geekbench listing shows the Galaxy S25 with the model number “SM-S931N”, likely for the Korean model. The device features the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy clock speed of 4.47 GHz which is higher than the standard Snapdragon 8 Elite (4.32 GHz) used on devices such as the OnePlus 13 and Xiaomi 15 for example . The 12 GB RAM is also present, which suggests that the device tested is a 256 GB or 512 GB SKU.
Unfortunately, the performance of the tested device leaves something to be desired. It only achieves a score of 2481 for single core and a score of 8658 for multiple cores. These numbers are disappointing, especially considering the Snapdragon 8 Elite’s higher clock speeds on Galaxy, as other devices in the Snapdragon 8 Elite lineup have been tested with Snapdragon 8 Elite consistently scoring above 3,000 and 9,000 in the same tests. That said, “For Galaxy” chipsets generally perform worse than Snapdragon 8-series chipsets because Samsung prioritizes efficiency over performance.
