2024 is almost coming to an end, but the year is still far from over for gamers. There is still one very important event that everyone is looking forward to: les Game Awards. Remember, Astro Bot is a 3D platform game developed by Team Asobi and released on September 6, 2024 on PlayStation 5. Suite of Astro's Playroom, it offers more than 80 levels spread across six galaxies. The player controls Astro, a robot, using the features of the DualSense controller, including controlling the Dual Speeder ship. With its fun gameplay and full of references, the PlayStation exclusive has managed to capture the hearts of almost 1.5 million playersas well as the JV editorial team which gave it an 18/20. However, as Polygon notes, Astro Bot will likely be nominated in the category “Best game for family”, a category that often has difficulty breaking through during the ceremony and reaching GOTY.
