Next Saturday, November 23, the Le Cercle de Remiremont intercommunal media library will become the meeting point for video game enthusiasts, on the occasion of the 7th Video Game Day. Like every year, this special day is part of World Video Game Days, with a rich program that will delight fans of all ages.

A family event around video games

In the welcoming setting of the media library, young and old will be able to explore a wide selection of games and gaming-related activities. From 10 a.m., visitors will have access to home and portable consoles, tablets and computers, each equipped with games chosen by the media library team. A wide variety of titles will thus be available, guaranteeing moments of discovery and sharing.

Experiences in virtual reality and Pixel available

Among the key events, a space dedicated to virtual reality will allow the curious to learn about the immersive sensations offered by this technology. Several headsets will be available for demonstrations that will transport participants into astonishing virtual worlds.

For the more creative, a free Pixel Art workshop will be offered. Using the popular “magnetic pixels” and “clip pixels”, participants will be able to let their imagination run wild. A fun and accessible activity for young and old.

Network car racing with Passion Gaming 88

In partnership with the Passion Gaming 88 association, car racing fans will also have their highlight of the day. Up to eight players will be able to compete over a local network on consoles equipped with steering wheels, providing an immersive and competitive driving experience. This tournament promises to be one of the most intense moments of the day, with duels of speed and skill that will captivate the public.
