The PlayStation 5 Pro highlights its power with an exclusive theme!

Not long ago, Sony gave the PlayStation 5 an update that slightly brought a smile to the faces of PS3 and PS4 players. Of course, it wasn't really the return of themes but the PlayStation interface was getting a bit of a facelift thanks to an application called “Welcome”. Available since mid-October, this allows you to personalize your screen by displaying a whole bunch of diverse and varied information, from the number of trophies to the battery level of your controller including a summary of your console's storage.

For the PlayStation 5 Pro, it's a bit the same but there is a little subtlety, as some have noticed on social networks. In the post above, unearthed on X, we can see that the PS5 Pro's Welcome app has a background exclusive to the machine. It may not be much but Sony has found a little flirtatiousness (which has its effect, let's admit it!) to highlight the “more powerful” side of this new version thanks to an animation which allows you to admire a reproduction of the integrated circuit of the console as well as its chip, illuminated and flocked with the PS5 Pro logo.
