The collection of foldable smartphones is not over at Motorola. A new occurrence has just appeared.
It is 91mobiles.com which reveals the information. Within certification bodies (Wireless Power Consortium and SGS Fimko), they found information about a Razr 50s Ultra.
As a reminder, the Razr 50 Ultra is Motorola’s current high-end foldable. In Flip format, it is in the same league as the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 or the more recent Xiaomi Mix Flip.
A mid-range foldable
Spotted for the first time in Geekbench in September, the Razr 50s would therefore be a variant. Problem, of all the information given today by 91mobiles.com, none makes it possible to determine what differences it would have with the original Razr 50 Ultra.
Only GeekBench highlights a different SoC. MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 would beat within it, accompanied by 8 GB of RAM. It’s the same chip as the Razr 50, Motorola’s entry-level foldable.
Also, we can think that the Razr 50s Ultra would be placed in the “mid-range”, around 1000 euros.
A code name (XT2451-6) and an image accompany the speech from 91mobiles.com. This shows the device from all angles and it seems perfectly identical to a Razr 50 Ultra. We are waiting for other leaks or formalization to find out more.
