iPhone: a big change for calls

At the very beginning of last year, Apple implemented Apple Business Connect. It is a free tool intended for businesses to allow them to manage their information and how it is distributed to users. This goes even further since said companies can add actions, inform about promotional offers and more.

From now on, the tool will reach even more companies and offer more options. Now, regardless of size or whether or not they have a physical location, every business can use Apple Business Connect. This allows them to create their visual identity and share it. Thus, the company logo will be displayed in Tap to Pay and in the Mail app with the new Branded Mail functionality. Enough to increase the confidence index.

Finally, the big new thing to come is the personalization of information during calls. Businesses will be able to register to obtain a caller ID in their name. Personalization will go as far as adding the logo and the service concerned. It will also be practical for users who will be able to quickly identify whether it is the sales department or the after-sales service of a company that is calling them. As a bonus, it will help sort verified calls from spam.
