Three protection functions for three different scenarios

The first feature, called Theft Detection Lock, uses a machine learning model to detect theft scenarios. So, when a thief violently takes the phone while it is unlocked, Android will automatically lock the screen. This prevents the kidnapper from accessing personal data, even in mid-flight.

The second functionality, responding to the sweet name ofOffline Device Lockis designed for cases where thief attempts to disable internet to prevent device tracking. In this situation, Android automatically locks the screen after disconnecting for a long time, thus making access to sensitive data difficult du smartphone.

Finally, the third functionality is called Remote Lock. It allows users to lock their smartphone remotely simply using their phone number. Even without having access to the tool Find My Device which requires internet access and a connection to your Google account, Remote Lock remains usable. This allows you to act quickly, even when you don’t have access to your Google account.
