OOH-DOOH: Cityz Media offers a 3D app that allows brands to immerse themselves in its network – Image

Cityz Media (formerly Clear Channel) is launching an application allowing advertisers and agencies to visualize in realistic 3D the cities, metros, buses and shopping centers in which the outdoor communications group is present. And thus test their visuals in the spirit of a multi-universe and multi-format consumer journey, in real dynamic conditions. Developed by 3Dcreation.fr with the Unreal Engine 5 graphics engine, Cityz Tour, that’s its name, supports the agency’s clients “in all places of life, shopping and mobility”, assures Sylvie Dugard, commercial director of Cityz Media, in order to further ensure the effectiveness of campaigns. In fact, users of the app can move around on foot, by car, by bike or by car, “offering a complete exploration of the different urban worlds with their different display formats”, according to a press release.

Flexible, the new solution offers brands and their agencies the possibility of adapting their creations to the different formats of the Cityz Media offer in print (2m², 8m², buses, metros, trams) and in DOOH (Giant Screens, totems digital…), with the integration of still, animated or video images. They can also activate a day/night mode and observe the impact of their visuals day and night for a “complete understanding of the effectiveness of advertising messages based on variations in natural and artificial light”. Cityz Tour also makes it possible to display the exact distance between the passerby and the various pieces of furniture, an option to “maximize visibility and public engagement”. The “extensive personalization capacity offers brands the opportunity to adjust messages according to environments and targeted audiences,” insists the outdoor communications group.
