2024 Lenovo Legion Y700 available outside China, but unofficially

The Lenovo Legion Y700 was refreshed recently, and the 2024 model brings a handful of improvements. For example, Lenovo has integrated the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 into its new Y700. It’s a decent upgrade over the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 found in the 2023 model, and the latest model’s flagship SoC positions it as a true competitor to the RedMagic Nova.

Thanks to its large cooling system, VClenovo claims that the 2024 Legion Y700 can deliver stable performance under load. The company also says the gaming tablet’s 8.8-inch screen makes it ideal for both small and large hands.

This screen features a refresh rate of 165 Hz and a resolution of 1600p. It also supports DC dimming. Other highlights of the new Lenovo Legion Y700 include a 6,550mAh battery, dual USB-C ports, stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos, and support for 68W fast charging (Ugreen 100 charger W Nexode X currently $44.98 on Amazon).

While all these specs make the new Legion Y700 a good choice for gamers, the gaming tablet is currently not officially available outside of China. However, if you can’t wait for the global launch, you can pre-order it on Giztop. Of course, interested buyers should consider a few drawbacks.

One of them is the fact that the gaming tablet will come with Chinese firmware. Although you can set the system language to English, it won’t offer the same experience as the global variant. The second point of concern concerns the warranty. Although Giztop seems to have a good policy, you will have to return the Legion Y700 to them if there is a problem, which can be inconvenient.

As for the price of the 2024 Legion Y700 on Giztop, the base configuration with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage is $549, while the higher option with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage is $549. $599. If you pre-order the gaming tablet before October 25, you can use the coupon “Y700PRE” to save $50.
