This first challenge consisted of launching The Sims 4 every day for a week, offering each connection new colors for the mini-fridge, a small bar, a necklace, a new hairstyle…
For this 2024 back-to-school season, a new challenge awaits players. Starting September 24, and until the end of October 2024, the event “Reaper Rewards” should bring its share of surprises and gifts. To obtain these rewards, you must connect each week to your game, and complete certain quests. These are all accessible and achievable from the base game only. However, some DLC, such as the Stuff Pack Paranormal allow access to additional tasks.
Concretely, this challenge allows us to learn more about certain little-known gameplay elements around the Reaper. The first quests therefore push us to learn about theambrosiaa special dish that allows you to resurrect Sims. But before you get there, you’ll need to chat with other Sims, learn to cook and garden, do research on the Internet… The quests are simple, and offer nice rewards, without being totally exceptional. This challenge is spread over six weekseach week bringing its share of actions to perform, and gifts to collect. In less than an hour, it is possible to collect all the rewards of the week, provided that your Sims are not completely devoid of skills.
Without being revolutionary, this challenge brings a pleasant gaming experience, which changes a little from the daily grind. The rewards should please players who appreciate supernatural packs or the gothic style, and the quests allow us to reveal certain gameplay elements that are often overlooked.
This unique challenge immerses us in a fun and mysterious atmosphere, which should perpetuate the spirit ofHalloween throughout the fall season. The Reaper is at the center of these challenges, and it is also at the heart of the next expansion packannounced on September 5, 2024. These next few months should therefore be very special for this iconic character from the Sims license.
