The Oppo A5 Pro Oppo A5 Pro is said to have a level of durability comparable to devices such as the Unihertz Tank 3 Pro (currently priced at $639.99 on Amazon), while being designed to look like its product flagship, the Find X8-as far as possible.

Today, a second device with the same appearance appeared on Weibo, thanks to the leaker known as Experience more. The tipster claims to identify the smartphone as the Oppo PKQ110, or vanilla A5.

It reportedly has the same 6.7-inch AMOLED FHD display as its Pro sibling, but it’s equipped with a Snapdragon 6-series SoC (most likely the 695 or 6 Gen 1) from Qualcomm rather than a Dimensity 7300 SoC from MediaTek.

The A5 Pro and the “A5” could also have the same cameras – however, the latter is supposed to have a larger battery of the two.

It is now linked to a nominal capacity of 6,330 mAh, which could be rounded up to a typical capacity (or more likely to appear on data sheets) of 6,400 mAh, 6,450 mAh or even 6,500 mAh, as opposed to the 6000 mAh and 6500 mAh 6000 mAh of the Pro.

Experience more also released a purported hands-on photo of the “A5” that suggests the smartphone has its own version of the Pro’s Sandstone colorway, in addition to the second, darker, more monolithic shade of purple hinted at in another image that leak.

However, if this new report proves accurate, the starting price could be lower than the 1,999 yuan (~$273) of the base model of the A5 Pro in China right now.

Again, there is no evidence that the upcoming device will feature the same Gorilla Glass Victus 2 as the A5 Pro Gorilla Glass Victus 2-enhanced“360° drop resistance” et“18 types of sealing” that the new A Series devices are the flagship product of the A Series.
