It’s hard not to make the link with the witcher saga. While CD Projekt revealed the first images of the highly anticipated The Witcher 4now Bandai Namco is coming to compete with the studio by sharing the cinematic of its next big baby: a solo action RPG in an open world in a universe dark fantasy answering to the sweet name of The Blood of Dawnwalker.
You feel these vibes The Witcherboth by the monsters that are the vampires, the dark and cold artistic direction or even the music? This is normal, because behind this project is the Rebel Wolves studio. This studio created in 2022 is mainly made up of former CD Projekt adventurers, who notably worked on The Witcher 3 et Cyberpunk 2077. Furthermore, the man at the head of The Blood of Dawnwalker is neither more nor less than Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, the director of the best game of the year 2025 The Witcher 3.
The Blood of Dawnwalker will allow the player to embody Coen, a young man transformed into Dawnwalker in 14th century Europe and will have 30 days and 30 nights to save his family or decide to take revenge. The game will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. A gameplay trailer is planned for this summer 2025.
