As revealed by leaker Jukanlosreve, the Galaxy S25 Slim was spotted on Geekbench. The device is listed as “SM-S937U”, which likely indicates that it is the unlocked model of the S25 Slim. Other entries in the listing confirm the presence of Qualcomm’s current generation flagship chipset, more specifically the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, as evidenced by the higher clock speed of 4.47 GHz displayed. The stated 12GB of RAM also matches the specifications of other rumored Galaxy S25 series models.

Performance-wise, the device in question fails to impress, as is often the case with early Geekbench listings of Samsung phones – its recorded scores of 3005 and 6945 for the single-core and multi-core tests respectively are well in below standard for Samsung Snapdragon 8 Elite elite phones. It is likely that the S25 Slim will feature a Qualcomm chipset in most markets, as Samsung’s struggles with the Exynos 2500 chipset continue.

According to previous reports, the Galaxy S25 Slim will be positioned somewhere between the Galaxy S25 Plus and the S25 Ultra, and its price is expected to be adjusted accordingly. The high-end device is expected to be less than 7mm thick and will feature a 200-megapixel camera. Unfortunately, it’s likely to come with a smaller battery than the Galaxy S25 Plus’s 4,900 mAh.
