The Galaxy A55 also came with a similar triple rear camera. However, the Galaxy A56 is expected to feature a 12MP selfie camera, compared to 32MP on the A55.
The A56 is expected to feature the Exynos 1580 processor announced in October. The chip is based on a 4nm process. Compared to the Galaxy A55, the Exynos 1480 processor in the A55 which used ARMv8 cores, the Exynos 1580 has ARMv9 cores. The chip should therefore be more efficient than its predecessor. The leak also mentions variants with 8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of internal storage.
The leak suggests a 5,000mAh capacity battery with 45W fast charging support. The Galaxy A55 also had a similar battery capacity, but the charging speed was slower (25W).
The phone is also expected to change its design and feature a new camera module, as leaked renders suggest. Build quality should be premium thanks to the aluminum frame and glass back. Finally, the price would be 439 British pounds, or around 550 US dollars.
