This year 2024 has been quite exceptional for video games, and in all respects. The quantity of good games was obviously staggering, but we can’t help but think of the more than 14,000 people in the industry who were made redundant. It is worth remembering that without the men and women behind the curtain, none of this could exist.
For the public, on the other hand, this year 2024 has been fantastic, with good games on all platforms and in many different genres.
