Launched more than a year ago, the “mobile recovery with Free” application improves the user experience on Google’s OS.

Estimate and resell your mobile for up to 600 euros very easily with Free Mobile, it has been possible since March 2023 thanks in particular to the new “Mobile trade-in with Free” application. In partnership with Recommerce, this service identifies your smartphone and offers you to estimate its value via a real-time test after activating your WiFI, Bluetooth and geolocation. Several steps must be followed, such as testing the volume button, the touch screen, and the camera, or even the sound, the microphone, and the cosmetic state (external state and screen).

Very rarely improved since its launch, the application received a new update on May 28 on Android smartphones. The developers announce an improvement in the search for Smartphone models and an optimization of tests.

In addition to the trade-in amount for your phone, Free Mobile also allows you to benefit from a trade-in bonus of up to €100 on a selection of smartphones for purchase or with Free Flex and with a Free mobile plan.

To take advantage of this “Mobile trade-in” offer, two conditions are necessary such as being the owner of the mobile and not having a current rental or Free Flex offer. Furthermore, the trade-in value of the mobile must be greater than €10. If this is lower, it is possible to do something for the planet and place it in one of the recycling boxes available in all Free stores. The latter also offer the mobile recovery service. The estimate of the trade-in value of the old mobile will be carried out in 4 questions with the advisor, who will then offer an immediate discount.
