Angie Harmon (“New York, Judicial Police”) files a complaint against a delivery man whom she accuses of having killed her dog

The affair is surprising. Angie Harmon, actress well known to fans of New York, Judicial Policeaccuses a delivery man of having coldly murdered his dog with a gun.

A fact as shocking as it is strange that the actress relates in a complaint obtained by Peopleand in which she accuses Instacart, a grocery delivery service and its deliveryman, a certain Christopher Anthoney Reid, of trespass, trespass, negligence, negligent hiring, invasion of privacy and misrepresentation.

Angie Harmon claims to have used a delivery service for groceries on March 30. She was then in contact with a certain Merle who, presenting herself as a woman of mature age, was to take care of this delivery. But while she was waiting for her groceries, the actress said she was surprised by what she thought was a gunshot coming from outside her home even though her children were in her yard.

Delivery man claims to have been attacked by dog

Once outside, Angie Harmon came face to face with Christopher Anthoney Reid, a “menacing” young man who, according to her, was putting a gun in his pants. It was there that she found Oliver, her dog, in agony. He died a little later at the vet.

Curiously, the police who intervened after the incident Christopher Anthoney Reid, closed the case after questioning the delivery man who, for his part, claims to have been attacked by the dog while he was still in his vehicle and be effectively defended with a weapon. A version that Angie Harmon disputes, believing that her dog never attacked the delivery man who, according to her, could have quite easily left her property without incident, especially since he had not been invited to enter it. The actress is seeking a minimum of $25,000 in damages.
