Still active after seven years of life in the land of gaming, Fortnite has today become much more than a simple Battle Royale. From characters from well-known franchises (Darth Vader, Indiana Jones, Spider-Man, Batman)… to public figures (Neymar, John Cena, Ariana Grande), Epic Games has multiplied collaborations over time . And spring 2024 will be no exception, as the title will soon open its doors to the Fallout universe.

Fortnite: when the Battle Royale turns into a land of desolation

Epic Games would be wrong to deprive itself of it as the license has been shining in recent weeks thanks to the success of the Fallout series on Amazon Prime Video. If the series has already been renewed for a season 2, the next spotlight on the post-apocalyptic RPG will be during season 3 of chapter 5. The official announcement, visible at the end of our article, has took place on the game’s official X account.

Although no other information has been communicated at the moment, the presence of Fallout in Fortnite at least ensures the presence of new skins and equipment for players during their games. Whether through a battle pass or during a special event, aficionados should definitely find what they’re looking for.

Once again, it is appropriate to salute the work of dataminers who raised the probable presence of Fallout in the Battle Royale at the beginning of May, after discovering evidence of a post-apocalyptic crossover in the system files of season 4 reserved for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3.
