Buccellati reveals its heritage and know-how in an exhibition in Venice.

The Milanese fine jewelry house reveals all the secrets of its most beautiful creations in a grandiose exhibition organized in Venice.

“The prince of goldsmiths, rediscovering the classics”

Until June 18, the general public is invited to delve into the history of Buccellati. This great name in jewelry is organizing an exhibition in Venice, in the Officine 800 spaces, retracing more than one hundred years of creation.

This house founded in 1919 in Milan has seen four generations succeed one another, without ever losing its inimitable style, between flamboyance and taste for detail. Although the brand was bought in 2019 by the Richemont group, it retains members of the Buccellati family at its helm, notably Andrea, the current creative director and honorary president.

A unique and precious family story that the brand wanted to highlight in this huge exhibition as part of the Venice Biennale. Four themes are covered : the Buccellati family, the precious accessories, the silver masterpieces and finally the iconic Buccellati jewelry paralleled with the great myths of classical history.

An exhibition which allows Buccellati to improve its brand image by highlighting its exceptional heritage and historical know-how. An opportunity also to encourage vocations among younger generations, in a sector that lacks manpower, as explained by Gianluca Brozzetti, the company’s vice-president of Figaro : “We are a small player in the jewelry market, quite discreet, but with a very strong identity and very loyal customers. This initiative also aims to make younger generations want to get involved in these professions. growing demand, we need labor, we are working on this through partnerships with schools and are part of the Made in Italy program organized by the Ministry of Economy. Several school groups will come to visit the exhibition..
