The University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières (UQTR) and the new Roomî student residence are pleased to announce the addition of 110 rooms to meet the growing needs of the university student population of Trois-Rivières.
Located at 2850 rue Brodeur, less than two kilometers from UQTR, the building which formerly housed the private seniors’ residence Valéo Jean XXIII has been transformed to accommodate a new young and dynamic clientele. The spaces have been carefully renovated to offer students of the Trois-Rivières University a modern and comfortable environment, promoting their academic success and personal well-being.
“Our experienced management team is ready and will be on site for the arrival of the first residents in August 2024, just in time for the fall session,” declare Annie Lemieux and Lucie Laliberté. The Roomî student space is a creation of LS4 /LSR GesDev, owners and developers experienced in real estate. We are happy to give a new vocation to this building, well anchored in Trois-Rivières, which will be operated with a personalized approach by our management company Albert Immobilier.
