L’artificial intelligence is gradually transforming the way we interact with our smartphones. Among the most useful features developed recently, “Circle to search” allows you to launch a Google search by simply circling an element visible on the screen. This new tool should be available by the end of the year and will offer users a quick and intuitive way to get information without having to leave the current application. The first models to benefit from this would be the Xiaomi 14T And Vivo X200expected in September and October respectively.

Xiaomi and Vivo smartphones will soon benefit from the Surround to Search feature

The Circle to Search feature allows users to draw a circle or a line around an element on their screen – whether it’s an image, text or even a video – to immediately launch a Google search. This innovation greatly facilitates access to information, without having to copy and paste or switch from one application to another. Initially developed for Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy phones, this technology is coming to other devices.

The two major Chinese brands, Xiaomi and Vivo, are set to roll out this feature on their upcoming flagship models. The Xiaomi 14T, which will be released in late September, and the Vivo X200, expected in October, are expected to be the first to integrate this technology. According to Google, Circle to Search could be used on over 200 million smartphones by the end of the year.

By integrating this feature, Xiaomi and Vivo will strengthen the attractiveness of their high-end smartphones. The addition of these already popular artificial intelligence tools will allow their users to access information more easily and simplify their daily lives. With this strategy, the two brands aim to stand out and meet the innovation needs of users of Android smartphones.
